This is a vintage 1940s American military shirt. It is called a mustard shirt. I purchased it at a vintage clothing store in Koenji over 10 years ago. I have only worn it 2-3 times since then, so it is in very good condition. It is made of wool material in an olive drab color, which gives it a military look, but I liked it because the shirt's style and details are very basic.
