An authentic 26-inch Effanbee Lovums baby doll, produced in the late 1920searly 1930s by Effanbee.
This impressive large-size Lovums features a composition head with molded hair, original tin sleep eyes, and a sweet open smiling mouth with original painted lips. She has composition arms and legs with remaining blush and an original cloth torso with correct early construction.
The shoulder plate is clearly marked EFFANBEE / LOVUMS / © / PATD U.S.A., confirming authenticity.
Offered in original, unrestored condition, with visible paint loss and surface wear consistent with age typical and expected for large Lovums dolls of this era. No cracks or repairs observed.
Dressed in a vintage plaid romper with red trim, socks, and red shoes. A striking, display-worthy antique with excellent presence.
