This is the SMC PENTAX-M 135mm f3.5, a compact and lightweight telephoto lens that represents Pentax's "M series."

■ Features
This lens is exceptionally compact for a 135mm lens of this era, making it very easy to handle. It incorporates a built-in lens hood, a practical design that allows for quick deployment.

■ Appearance
There are only minor scuffs from use, with no noticeable scratches or dents, and it maintains a very clean condition considering its age. The aperture markings and distance scale printing are also vivid.

■ Optics
While some minor dust particles can be seen when a strong light is shone through the lens, there is no visible mold or haze, and the lens is clear. The smc (Super Multi Coating) ensures vivid color reproduction and high-contrast rendering.

■ Operation
・Aperture ring: Operates smoothly with a moderate click feel.
・Focusing ring (helicoid): Rotates smoothly throughout the entire range.
・Aperture blades: No oil stains, and the opening and closing are accurate (see photos).
