Appears hems were altered by previous owner to give a fringe hem (see Pics #3, 7-10) – Inseams measure approximately 1/4’’ off from each other; Left Inseam measures Approx. 28’’ and Right Inseam measures Approx. 27 3/4’’ – Not sure that this would be too noticeable when wearing.
