Antique Baker-Manchester Sterling Silver Baby Spoon Floral Curved Handle 14.64g
Beautiful antique sterling silver baby spoon by Baker-Manchester Manufacturing Co., a respected American silversmith based in Manchester, New Hampshire. This spoon dates to the late Victorian / early Edwardian era (circa 1895–1915) and features an ornate repoussé floral handle with an oval cartouche MONOGRAMMED "Grace." The bowl retains its original gold wash (vermeil) finish, a desirable feature on antique infant spoons, chosen to reduce metallic taste and protect the silver. Marked STERLING and with the Baker-Manchester Eagles and M shield logo on the handle.
This spoon measures 3 1/4" long and weighs 14.64 grams. It is in good vintage condition showing normal wear from age and use. It could use a good polish. Please see all pictures for condition.
