This mini top hat is sooo freaking cute!! ๐คIt was handmade by Elaine Foster of Art of Adornment. She isn't currently selling any hats on her website at this time and this one was either one of a kind or part of a VERY limited series. I think I only wore it once or twice..It's a black velvet hat with a purple hat band, black & purple feathers, and a black flower with purple sparkle detail.Please note that it's a MINI top hat, not a full size one. It's about 4" tall and the base is about 7.25" x 6.75". It has a comb and an elastic band on the underside of it to help secure it to your head.
