This gorgeous celery dish is 10 inches long and about 5 inches across the center. It has pretty pink roses, with greenery and beautiful gold trim along the edge of the dish. It is in excellent vintage condition with no chips, cracks, or paint loss. It screams "tea party"! The bottom is marked Bavaria with the remains of a red circle that is unreadable...see photos. This great serving dish was designed originally for Celery or carrots but on a more modern table could serve pickles, olives, cheese and crackers, or many kinds of desserts. What a lovely gift to fill with some homemade cookies or chocolates and wrap up with cellophane and a bow.
