I'm not too sure this is a war history. After skimming through it , it looks to me like it is about the High Societies and politics of Europe and the US. (Could be wrong)
Condition: There is just a very little shelf wear/scuffing on the corners. The spine has some fading, and there is a name written inside the cover. Skimming through the pages I noticed some very light underlines and margin notes in pencil. It looks like someone may have been making corrections to the text. Just a guess. Otherwise the pages are clean with a little age tanning starting. My opini
