This item is the English book "BMW ALPINA Performance Portfolio 1988-1998."

I purchased this for safekeeping when I was a BMW Alpina owner, as my beloved cars (B3-3.2 and B8-4.6) were featured in it.

The contents are all in English, so I haven't read much of it (lol).

It's structured like a collection of test drive reviews from various famous overseas automotive magazines (Motor, Autocar, Road & Track, etc.) of BMW Alpinas based on BMWs from the late 80s to the late 90s, a truly "good old days" era.

Personally, I don't find current BMWs appealing at all (especially the design), but I'd love to drive a car from this era again.

I bought this book around 2007 at a shop called "Lindbergh," famous for selling automotive-related books, which had a store in Super Autobacs Kyoto Shijo.

It has a clear vinyl cover from the time of purchase.

How about it, fellow BMW Alpina fans from a bygone era?
