Deutsch Tech Stamp Dangle Earrings
These little earrings are made using decoupage. They feature actual 1970s, canceled postage stamps and a complimentary pattern on the back. The stamps are adhered to a wooden pendant and then covered with several layers of sealant for protection. The pendants are secured to the ear wire using jump rings, and the earrings are complete!
