This authentic Japanese Nakiri knife measures 165mm in blade length and is crafted in the traditional Sukemitsu style from Tosa, featuring a striking Kurouchi (black-forged) finish. The rustic Kurouchi cladding retains the natural scale from the forging process, giving the blade a distinctive, artisanal dark appearance while providing added protection against rust. Ideal for precise vegetable chopping with its tall, straight-edged profile, this knife offers excellent performance in the kitchen.
