This card is a very rare error color variation. The BACK is YELLOW and FRONT is WHITE. Yellow front cards were part of the SEARS NBA SUPERSTARS set. The backs were white. The standard cards in retail and hobby boxes had white fronts and backs. No cards were issued with the white front and yellow backs. After 35 years, I have never seen even a mention of any other such error. I figure it may be his only 1/1 card to exist and it just slipped by quality control somehow.
