Adorable brooch that is approx. 3" x 3" is a sandman holding several charms, stars -bells and a heart that has 1999 on one side and 2000 on the other side. His beard has sparkling crystal dust that shines in the sunshine or indoors. His outfit is a sparkling blue / green with a matching nightcap. At the end of the sandbag and his nightcap are two sparkling stars. Hidden by his beard is the fairy. This is a lovely piece in excellent condition. The Kirks Folly signature are on the back as well as his title. Roll over clasp. Uber Rare piece - last one I saw for sale was in early 2018. This piece comes from my own collection - I am a hoarder not a wearer so this one has never been worn. Still on original card. Small pink sharpie spot on front of card
