It seems to have been dyed with reactive dyes, so there is almost no color fading. You can enjoy the denim in its rigid state without future color fading.

The only concern is color transfer from the belt onto the patch. As those familiar with the material know, due to the nature of the fabric, there is overall fuzziness from the slub yarn.
I am 173cm tall with a muscular, stocky build, and the length felt a bit short, so I couldn't wear it with the hem gathered. I think it would be better for someone around 165cm to 170cm tall with a slim to average build.

I haven't washed it because I'm afraid of shrinkage. Of course, I haven't had the hem altered either. I own both black and blue versions in sizes S and M, and they all shrunk naturally. This is probably due to the characteristics of the loosely woven fabric.

There is no critical damage, but it is a used item, so please refrain from purchasing if you are looking for a new condition or are overly sensitive.

This is an unusual material made in Bishu using extremely thick slub yarn that cannot be woven in denim production areas.
For the warp, two types of slub yarn, 5/1 and 8/1, are used, and the difference in yarn count creates unevenness in the fabric's texture.
8/1 yarn is used for the weft, and it is designed so that the ecru weft yarn is visible from the surface.
By weaving both warp and weft very loosely, the fabric is finished with a light and soft touch while still having a thickness.
