Little Thumbkins is dressed in delicate colors & fabrics, she looks like a Princess. Her dress has multiple layers of iridescent tulle & taffeta - 1 layer of very light lavender tulle, another of very light yellow tulle, an over skirt of yellow taffeta, the bodice & peplum are iridescent lavender. Every edge of the taffeta is trimmed with a rosette style braid, there are ribbon rosettes on the sleeves and in her hair. Underneath she wears matching taffeta panties, gold iridescent stockings & gold shoes. FUN FACT - there is a story about Mr. & Mrs Thumbkins but it would appear that Alexander used the story of Thumbeli.
