Late 1990s model
The discontinued 144 was the smallest Meisterstück model at the time, and its cap was the only one with a snap-on design, making it easy to carry around.
I think I used it for about one cartridge when I first bought it, but I've kept it in my collection since then.
The included converter is a screw-in type that can also be used with the 145.
Be careful not to pull it out.
The case has some wear and tear from age.
