From the Manufacturer The HBA OMNIUS2000 Digital Ultrasonic Ceiling Occupancy Sensor is covered by a five year limited manufacturer warranty, and is sold one item per package. The OMNI Ultrasonic ceiling mount occupancy sensor represents the state-of-the-art in sensor technology by utilizing ultrasonic (US) technology for unequaled occupancy detection and false trip immunity. The sensor features HBA's patented IntellADAPT technology that continuously analyzes its environment and self-adapts, eliminating the need for manual sensitivity and timer adjustments during installation as well as over the life of the product. IntellADAPT provides true maintenance free "Install and forget" operation. With optional relay control for use with building automation systems and a photo sensor for automatic daylight harvesting, the OMNI Ultrasonic sensor is simply the most capable ceiling mount occupancy sensor available in the marketplace today. The auto mode is self-adjustable based on occupancy from 8 to 30 minutes. It features a dual-element pyrometer and 12-element cylindrical rugged lens, and a mounting base is provided. For indoor use only, the switch operates in temperatures of 32 to 104-Degree Fahrenheit (0 to minus 40-Degree Celsius), and relative humidity of less than 95-percent, non-condensing. The cover has an off white finish with dimensions of 4.5 by 1.5-Inch. The sensor's cover range is up to 2000-Square Feet. It's versatile for any office, board room, conference room, or small enough for a utility room.
