1999 Handmade ceramic flower bowl Added hand-painted underplate
The bowl has 2 coats of glaze. Fired in the kiln twice for durability and the last firing making it stoneware.
Then painted over the glaze to create flower detail. I would handwash. There are no flaws even though 25 years old.
I added a heavy underplate to this thinking they matched nicely. It is also hand-painted but dishwasher safe. It is not marked stoneware but it sure feels like it
