Floral Postage Stamp Pendant Necklace
This pendant is made using decoupage and features a floral stamp of yellow anemones from 1975. The design is created on the pendant and then sealed with two types of finish to make it smooth and protect the stamps. A complimentary design is featured on the back. This pendant is its own mini-collage!
