Prison Blues double-knee denim painter pants. These are a basic zip-fly type with a five-pocket design including a coin pocket, plus two panel-style tool pockets on the right side. The heavy denim is sewn firmly, and the reinforcing rivets are also quite substantial. In addition to the rivets, the fly top also has original engraving, and the tool pockets come with name tags. The paper patch and flasher designs are also excellent.

"Prison Blues" is produced by inmates in Pendleton, Oregon, USA. In 1989, the state's Department of Corrections established the brand within the prison to provide inmates with skills and opportunities for rehabilitation. All products are handmade by prisoners, meaning they are genuinely made in the USA! Don't underestimate the quality; it's very solid. Initially, they were only for prisoners, but they are now sold in the general market. Half of the sales go to compensate victims, and the rest goes to brand operating costs and the released inmates, which is a wonderful system. The fact that you can buy American-made products at this price is due to this background. Not only production, but also public relations models are done by the prisoners, making it truly MADE ON THE INSIDE!

After purchasing new, I only wore them a few times indoors and then stored them in the closet. They are unwashed. There is almost no fading or wear, but there are some fold wrinkles due to long-term storage.
