Ron Lee Collectible Clown “Hi-Ya” 1996. This 1996 collector’s piece is in excellent condition. There are no chips or cracks, and both the paint and 24 karat gold accents are in bright condition. It is hand signed and numbered by the artist.
This piece measures 5.5” high and has a 2.25” diameter base. The onyx base has great character. It has recently been jeweler cleaned and comes from a smoke free home.
Post-1995 Ron Lee clowns are increasingly harder to find. Ron’s clowns are made from white metal, 24k gold plated, and hand painted. They stand on an onyx base with gold plated beads under the clowns. Each is unique.
Ron Lee passed on in 2017. His art adorns the homes of collectors worldwide and is cherished by collectors and those who love clowns. All of Ron Lee's art was proudly Made in the U.S.A.
