Royal Doulton "North American Indian" Vintage Collectible Large Character Jug

This is a magnificent Royal Doulton "North American Indian" vintage character large jug. It was first introduced in 1967 and retired in 1967. Item number is D 6611. It's from the Canadian Centennial series of 1867. It was designed by Max Henk. Royal Doulton proudly presents a finely detailed character jug that pays tribute to one of the most famous tribes of the 1800's century North American Indian. The jug has a character image front and center of the tribe leader. It's the most hierarchy of a tribe which is the head chief. He is wearing a stunning feathered hat with incredible colors of white, black, pink and yellow. He has a gorgeous green broch as a tie and has a black and burgundy coat on. The details of the face features show the age of the chief. The handle is designed with the traditional totem pole used by the tribes. This jug was a handmade and hand painted character jug which was beautifully sculpted in England. It is 7.75" tall and around 5" wide. No damages. Price is $250.
