This is a georgous Dress! It features Spaghetti straps for an optionsal off the shoulder neckline, a pleated skirt section, empire waist, and blouson style floral print top. This dress has been altered from original design for ease, and comfort. It was a full gown, now a high low design for better flirtation and movement. There is a small imperfection where it has been altered on the side. Please see pics. It can be bundled with belt also for sale, but not included. It has zip and eye hook closure. Made of 100% polyester ( vintage size 11/ 12.) Waist at smallest size is 13.5’ across. So a size small or 4/6 I’m thinking. By J C Penny
