Stunning Vintage late 60s / early 70s Blue Crushed Velvet Swimsuit. A rare Mod / Space Age piece! Features a shimmering aquamarine blue velvet body, a high mock neck with a heavy-duty brass O-ring zipper, and a sexy racerback cut.
Exterior: Velvet is vibrant with a lovely sheen. Some minor snags/pulls and light surface soil (see photos), but presents beautifully.
Interior: The original foam padding in the bra cups has degraded/hardened with age (feels "crunchy/stiff"). There are cosmetic makeup/soil marks on the inside lining.
Elastic: The elastic at the leg openings is relaxed/loose due to age.
Zipper: Metal O-Ring zipper works perfectly!
Measurements (Flat & Unstretched - Fabric has some give):
Bust: 25 inches - Fits larger due to molded cup space (approx 32-34").
Waist: 20 inches
Hips: 25 inches
