This lovely Bombay Company Letter Box is made for desktop use. It is hinged in two places to accommodate papers, envelopes, writing utensils and even has little slots for postage stamps. It's sounding really quaint & old fashioned as I write this, but it was not that long ago that this was a thing. Ironically, someone on the internet has one of these listed as vintage from the 1960's (LOL). As you can see from the sticker on the bottom of this box (see photo), it was manufactured in Taiwan in 1991.
The box is stained in a dark cherry or mahogany color The dimensions overall are approximately 10" x 6" x 5.5" but see the photos for the measurements of the two sections.
