It's a vintage 1950's "napkin doll" or "napkin lady".This black haired, blue eyed exotic beauty wears a pink and white ruffled dress with corset and is playing a tambourine and castanets. Besides her measuring a whopping 13" tall, what's really unusual about her is the absence of slots in the front of her gown. Normally these have openings all around the skirt. No chips or cracks but there is some crazing.
