We know that Santa flies around and gives gifts to kids all over the world – BUT who takes care of Santa and makes sure that all the elves behave themselves while Santa is away?
Well-known & talented American sculptor Tom Clark created “Belle Kringle” as Santa’s companion in 1982 with piece #199 measuring 5.75 x 5.5 x 9.5 inches tall; we have edition #33 – retired in 1993.
He shows “Belle” wiping her hands on a holly apron, while the mischievous elf hides behind her with a present.
Dr. Clark, a Davidson College Theology Professor, hand-sculpted each vintage collectible in clay, before it was fired & hand- cast from a mold in Cairn’s unique pecan shell/wood chip resin, hand-painted, stained & lacquered.
