A trio of vintage studio pottery money boxes made by Cooper Pottery in the 1970s. Each animal has a distinct hand-crafted character, showcasing the rustic glazes and playful designs Cooper Pottery are well known for. These pieces were popular decorative money boxes in the mid-century era and are now sought-after collectibles. Dog Money Box – with exaggerated droopy ears and comical features,11cm tall, 10cm wide,12cm depth, 0.5kg Giraffe Money Box – stylised long neck, rounded body, approx. 16cm tall, 8cm wide, 12cm depth, 0.4kg Elephant Money Box – with raised trunk and hand-painted leaf(?) motif on ear, approx. 11cm tall, 10cm wide, 15cm depth, 0.4kg Each is made from glazed stoneware with natural earthy tones, ranging from mottled browns to speckled beige. Authentic Cooper Pottery pieces, England, 1970s Handmade and hand-glazed – each one unique All in very good vintage condition with no cracks or repairs. Some minor glaze variations and light wear consistent with age.
