This is a vintage Glazed Ceramic 11” Blue & White Speckled Cigar Ashtray. This was an estate sale find so exact age and history isn’t known. It does not have a makers mark on it but it does have the initials KC on the bottom. That suggests that this possibly was hand painted/glazed piece made by a student in a class, but that is just a guess. It’s in very good shape. No chips cracks or breaks.
