Vintage, 1960s.
This beautiful, eye catching carnival glass serving bowl was produced by Jeanette Glass Company. They originally Started producing Iris and herringbone pattern glass print in 1928, but the marigold color carnival glass bowl was not introduced until the 1950s. It is a stunning vintage piece and gives off beautiful marigold tones and hues when the light catches it. Cottagecore, Kitchen Glass Bowl, Floral. This Marigold Jeanette Carnival Glass fruit bowl has the ruffle edges which are common for carnival glass. The star pattern of the base is characteristic of carnival glass made by the Jeanette company. Bowl -11.25 inches W-2.5 H. I have tried to capture the shots at different angles so pattern is evident and iridescent changes in color due to different light, as well. Wonderful vintage preloved condition, see pictures.
