Vintage Pier One Wooden Duck Shelf Sitter Hand Painted Folk Art Articulated

This folk art inspired piece features a beautifully detailed design, complete with vibrant green eye patches and intricate feather patterns. Unlike traditional decoys, this duck is designed with articulated, thin rope jointed legs, allowing it to sit perfectly on the edge of a shelf, mantel or bookcase. Measures approximately 9 1/2" sitting position, not counting the legs, 6 1/2" side to side and 10" beak to tail. The rope that attaches the wings and legs is secure. It has four felt counter protector dots on the bottom. No cracks or breaks to the wood itself. There are visible chips to the paint and wear consistent with age.
