Good condition. Minor flaws: faint scuff marks on the second story floor (near the hinge), and on the exterior wall at the base of the chimney.
The rest of the set looks great.
The lights currently do not work, but I will update the listing if I can get them to work again.
I love this set because it is spacious and has a bonus third and fourth floor seating and bathroom respectively. A little hidden/ bonus play area, which is always fun.
The dance floor on the second floor moves, and the oven door on the first floor opens and closes.
