This vintage oil lamp/lantern is a beautiful piece that adds a touch of antique charm to any room. Crafted from solid brass & glass, it measures 10.5" tall x 4.75"diameter. The hexagon-shape & antique brass finish make it a stylish addition to any collection.
Please note- this is pre-owned & untested. Theres quite a few defects. The door stays shut when latched & closed, but once opened it will fall off, as there is one spot on the hinge that is no longer intact.
There is a fair amount of denting, especially along bottom base. The ring that holds the round oil/wick part is slightly unattached on the left side.
The part that holds the oil has residue from old oil that has turned green, the wick has been soaked in it too. It needs cleaning inside it & likely a new wick. The wick does move up and down with the knob.
Despite its flaws its still a beautiful piece with a nice natural patina! All glass is fully intact. Please make sure to look at pics closely!
