I know it’s old. Wrought iron. The claim shell which is good size has two little Chalkware type oriental dolls/babies in it. I don’t think “it’s a set” but I feel someone combined the two with a creative imagination. Like nothing I’ve ever seen and quite dense. Purchased at an antique store. Has been quite a conversation piece even though the exact provenance unknown. Merry Christmas. The iron clam shell is roughly the circumference of a grapefruit
