This authentic WWII-era U.S. Army Medical Department collar insignia pair includes:
• "U.S." service pin marked KREW – 1/20 SIL-FILLED – G1, indicating 1/20 silver-filled construction by Krew Co., a WWII-era insignia maker.
• Medical Department enlisted badge, featuring the Rod of Asclepius on a shield above a five-point star, symbolizing enlisted medical personnel. Reverse marked S-21, attributed to Vanguard or Amcraft subcontractors (circa 1940s–1950s).
Each measures approximately 1 inch tall. Both pins retain their original patina and posts, showing light age wear consistent with period service.
